Knovo books a licensed, verified pro to come to your home. That needs your phone number and your address — and almost nothing else. This page says exactly what we hold, who we hand it to, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

Your phone number. It’s how you sign in and how your pro reaches you. We never ask for a password.

Your service address. So the right pro can come to the right door, and so we can tell you honestly when we don’t cover your area.

Your first name. Only so we can greet you and tell the pro who to ask for. Optional.

Your bookings. What you booked, when, with whom, and how it went if you tell us.

If you call the Knovo line. The call is recorded and transcribed so the dispatcher can book accurately and so we can check our own quality. You are told this at the start of the call.

What we don't collect

No payment details — you pay your pro directly, and Knovo never takes your money. No location tracking. No photos. No contacts. No advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or ad networks anywhere in the app.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make the product work, and only the part each one needs:

  • The pro you book— your name, phone, address and what needs fixing. They’re coming to your house; they need it.
  • Supabase — our database and sign-in, hosted in the US.
  • Vercel — runs the app and the website.
  • Twilio — sends your sign-in code and booking texts, and carries the phone line.
  • Google— checks that an address is real, and adds the visit to a pro’s calendar if they connected one.
  • Retell — the voice agent on the phone line.
  • Resend — sends email.
  • Stripe — bills the pro their booking fee. Your card is never involved because we never take it.

We do not sell your information, and we never will. It isn’t a side business we have — it’s one we’ve decided not to have.

What we do with outcomes

When you tell us how a visit went, that answer becomes part of a pro’s trust score. It is stored against the job, not published with your name, and no pro is ever shown who said what. A pro cannot pay to change it.

How long we keep it

Bookings and outcomes are kept while your account exists, because they’re the record of work done in your home and the basis of a pro’s score. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your name, phone and address; the fact that a job happened stays, with nothing that identifies you.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting. Email hello@knovohq.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it — including from the app. If you’re in California, that’s your CCPA right to know, correct and delete; we give it to everyone regardless.

Children

Knovo is for adults booking work on a home they control.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we change this page and update the date at the top.
