Common questions

Is the network actually sending jobs today?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The rail is built and tested end to end — verification, ranking, availability, booking, reminders, outcomes — and there is no homeowner demand running through it yet. Claiming your business today gets you the verified profile and the score; it does not get you work this week. What we are selling right now is the on-site AI, on jobs you already have.

What does it cost to be listed?

Nothing. Claiming your business, holding a public trust score, being listed in the Trust Index and being findable by AI assistants are all free, permanently. There is no subscription and no pay-to-list tier.

When exactly would I be charged?

A fee is attached the moment a job is booked, and only captured 48 hours after the visit. Your first booked job is free. If the homeowner cancels, you owe nothing. If you cancel at least two hours before the slot, you owe nothing — and the first late cancel is forgiven automatically.

Does Knovo take a cut of the job?

No. You keep the whole ticket and pay a flat fee per served job. There is no payout, no wallet and no percentage — we never sit between you and the money for the work.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No, and there is no version of Knovo where you can. Your score is computed from verified evidence — licence, insurance on file, review record, finished jobs — and every version is kept so it can explain itself. One search slot per day rotates a rising verified business into position three; it is labelled, and it is never positions one or two.

What if a customer is a no-show or the job goes wrong?

Report it from the job and it goes to a human at Knovo, who can void or refund the fee. A homeowner reporting a problem does not automatically change your bill — a no-show still owes their side, which is exactly the point of the fee.

Do I have to use another app?

No. Bookings arrive by text and email with an add-to-calendar file, and land in your Google Calendar if you connect it. The console and the Knovo app are there if you want them — the work reaches you either way.
